L-1 (we might actually get there this time)

The scene from mission control just over 24 for hours before their days get significantly more busy. Courtesy of @HoustonGC, a twitter account worth following for behind the scenes stuff in Houston.

Things at launch complex 39A seem to be progressing nicely and the rotation service structure should be moved back in a couple of hours (with the #NASATweetup attendees watching from the gates).

More importantly of cause the weather looks good!

a fact perhaps better demonstrated by @astroironmike‘s pic of the actual weather map

So with any luck i’ll be sitting here this time tomorrow knowing there are six extra human beings in space and the International Space Station will soon be receiving it’s delivery of Lego!
